Summary

Amends the

Customs Act 1901
to prohibit a person from importing goods involving child labour into Australia in certain circumstances where the importer has not complied with a notice in relation to the goods.

We acknowledge the traditional owners and custodians of country throughout Australia and acknowledge their continuing connection to land, waters and community. We pay our respects to the people, the cultures and the elders past, present and emerging.
